I’m sorry you’re dealing with all that now, but I don’t think there’s really anything much that can be done from a technical perspective at this point. If your e-mail address and phone number are “out there,” then they’re going to be used.
If you have a Windows computer, then you should probably have a trusted professional run a malware scan to make sure nothing has infected your PC. If you have a Mac, there’s almost certainly nothing that is infecting your computer.
From the phone perspective, you could put yourself on a do not call list. From an e-mail perspective, about the only thing you can do is set up better spam filtering.
