Answer for Troubleshooting non moving cursor….may need new mouse?
Apple just came out with a new Magic Mouse 2, if you liked your current Apple Mouse. Otherwise, just about any wireless mouse will work with a Mac computer.
One nice thing about the Apple Magic Mouse is that is a Bluetooth mouse. This means you do not need to insert an adapter into a USB port on your Mac to make it connect. There are some third-party mice that are Bluetooth-based and they also would not need an adapter. But most third-party mice use an adapter that goes into the USB port, so keep that in mind if you prefer to not use up a USB port for a new wireless mouse.
