How to tell where a wi fi signal is coming from?

Master guru Marcel- if you’re in an office that has wi fi, how do you know which one it is? Is there anyway? Even looking on the wireless access point, I can’t see a name. Additionally, is there anyway of knowing where a wi fi signal is coming from?
