Hi,I would like to know how to get better results when it come to upload speeds my current internet provider is at&t. My download speeds are around 15mbps but my uploads is barely even 1mbps. I live in a small town so they say we have the best package deal when it comes to internet. I would like to know if maybe getting a new router would actually help in increasing my upload speeds and which brand I should invest in.

If you are getting the speeds that your provider says is the maximum, then unfortunately there is almost nothing you can do short of changing providers (which it sounds like you may not have a choice). If you are not getting the speeds that you are being offered, then it may be possible that a new router could help. But you will need to verify the maximum speeds offered by your provider first to be sure. That being said, if we are talking about speeds in the range of 15 Mbps down and 1 Mbps upload, then most routers produced in the last 10 years should work just fine with those speeds, unless it is malfunctioning.
