Router supporting 100 mbps spped

I have a Internet connection which supports 100 Mbps speed.
My router is D Link DIR 816 which supports dual band of 2.4 and 5.6
However when I try speed test in speed test.net in my iPhone 6 and I Mac I get upload speed of 60 Mbps and upload speed of 93 Mbps. I connect through wifi for both devices and does not use ethernet cable for I Mac.
Please suggest me routers which support wifi speed of 100 Mbps.
